MANITOBA EGG FARMERS INTERACTIVE EXPERIENCE

My work on this project spanned the full software development pipeline. I built out the interactive asset viewer that lets visitors explore the anatomy of an egg layer by layer, the full egg reproductive cycle, and the grading system that determines how eggs are classified and distributed. I also integrated AI-generated dialog and text descriptions throughout the experience to make the educational content feel dynamic and engaging for all ages.
Beyond the touch table installation, the software was also optimized for deployment on tablets and smartphones, making it accessible to anyone through Manitoba Egg Farmers directly — well beyond the walls of the Discovery Centre.
Interactive Learning Modules:
- Anatomy of an Egg: Layer-by-layer interactive 3D breakdown of egg structure — shell, membrane, albumen, yolk, germinal disk, and more — with selectable labels and detailed AI-generated descriptions.
- Egg Reproductive Cycle: Detailed 3D model of hen reproductive anatomy including the ovary, oviduct, magnum, isthmus, shell gland, and vagina — showing exactly how an egg is formed.
- Egg Grading System: Visual explainer walking visitors through Grade A, Grade B, Grade C, and Leaker classifications, showing how each grade maps to its real-world use case from grocery shelves to industrial food production.
